Title: From single-cell infiltration to multicellular organization: Imaging Mass Cytometry™ for the study of tissue architecture

Abstract: Here, Dr. Jackson provides an overview of Imaging Mass Cytometry and how it compares to various epitope-based multiplexed imaging methods. He discusses his recently published work using Imaging Mass Cytometry to study the single-cell architecture of biobanked clinical tissue sections and details potential uses of Imaging Mass Cytometry for spatially resolved single-cell analysis.

Talk #2:
Title: Deep characterization of immune lineages and localization in murine breast cancer using two mass cytometry platforms: Helios™, a CyTOF® system, and the Hyperion Imaging System

Abstract: Dissecting disease-driving immune responses requires highly multiplexed single-cell approaches to identify different immune cell lineages and differentiation states. Dr. Guidos will discuss her group’s use of mass cytometry to deeply characterize complex immune networks in murine breast cancer models. She will also introduce the newly established Imaging Mass Cytometry™ service using the Hyperion™ Imaging System at the SickKids Centre for Advanced Single Cell Analysis (CASCA).
